all by myself

rafael needs to change another pair of shoes before getting in the classroom. this afternoon, when i picked him up after school and put him into the chair, preparing to take off his shoes, i was surprised that he declined my offer but insisted on taking off his shoes by himself. it may look easy to do it but indeed it's quite tricky as you need to unleash the strap, which i think is the most difficult part. but then rafael proved i was wrong, he was able to make it just within a minute! well... perhaps i should think about asking rafael to lace up my shoes next time... : P
