baby improvisation

one of the most valuable returns from going to the playgroup is that we learnt the "toys away" song and that rafael is usually pretty cooperative when hearing it. i also find it a really multi-purpose tune and will always change the lyrics to fit the context, like this.

guess what, lately rafael is improvising too!

rafael was actually having a cold for some while and i had to ask him to drink water and take medicine. last night i was singing "water time, water time... medicine time, medicine time". guess how rafael responded?

rafael: (singing) medicine away, medicine away, medicine away, medicine away!

i could hardly hold my laugh! :P
