oxytocin overload

i am recently re-reading the book "secrets of the baby whisperer" and finally understand why i always fall asleep while nursing - i got oxytocin overload! here's what the book says about the symptom: "mum gets sleepy during breastfeeding because of the production of 'love hormone' - the same hormone released during orgasm."
