baby clubbing?

a flyer caught my attention outside bumpes to babes yesterday - and it says "baby loves disco".

what?!

yeah it's true. it really says "baby loves DISCO"!

here's what the website says:

"baby loves disco is an afternoon dance party featuring real music spun and mixed by real djs blending classic disco tunes from the 70s & 80s guaranteed to get those little booties moving and grooving."

and the flyer adds:

"baby loves disco is a brand new formula for improving the essential skills in life. tested strictly on human subjects since the 70s or your money back guaranteed!!!"

"so do you want your kids to get ahead in life? why not start them when they are young. come learn your ABCs in music with free flow of non-alcoholic beverages, fun filled snacks and a heavy dose of non-stop 80s disco music."

oh i forgot to mention that, the venue was dragon-i, one of the "hippest clubs in hong kong" where david beckham and ronaldo, when they came here, hanged out with sexy models and movie stars.

yeah, i'm sure that the babies can do lots of dancing, like the website said, at the disco party. maybe i'm not a party girl at all, but i'd prefer to bring rafael to the music playgroup and dance to different music styles, or better still, out to the grass and dance to celebrate the coming of summer.

baby clubbing? think i'll leave it for the parents and babies with party genes.
