science museum

amy always looks for outdoor activities at weekends despite knowing that i already declared defeat to this unforgiving hot summer... every week we scratch our heads to think about where to go, and the usual dialogue will be like this:

amy: how about going to ocean park?

me: weather forecast says it will be over 30 degrees...

amy: then how about the wetland park?

me (still patiently): weather forecast says it will be over 30 degrees...

amy: so how about the peak?

me: (try hard to speak patiently): weather forecast says it will be over 30 degrees...

amy: how about paddling in wong nai chung reservoir park?

me: (try utmost hard to speak patiently): weather forecast says it will be over 30 degrees...

amy:....

amy is so reluctant to bring rafael to shopping malls (can't believe that a few years ago she spent most of her weekends there : P) but luckily there are still several museums that save me from possible heat stroke...

for the first time i thank wholeheartedly to the government for building such a good place in tsim sha tsui : ) the science museum is really a place for killing time with kids no matter how fierce the sun is...
