少許心得:
- 我們用的是parmesan cheese,效果很好
- 木薯粉在一般超級市場沒有,我在烘焙用品店買,500克只賣$6一包,我想港式雜貨店也可能會有?
- 第二次弄時,我減少了油的份量,效果也沒大分別
- 我只在每個muffin cup放了1/3滿的粉漿,如果放多點,賣相應會更好
this brazilian cheese bread is sooooooooooooooo simple and nice and i had to share it here though i'm no cooking expert and this blog is not about cooking at all.
it's totally a piece of cake. just put in everything into the blender and bake with a muffin tin. i've made bread for a few times and always got criticisms from the food critics at our home, but this one is a huge hit among everyone, including our helper ms R. anyone likes cheese and a chewy texture will love it!
