brazilian cheese bread

松露玫瑰那邊知道這個巴西芝士包食譜,一試便愛上。這個食譜只要有攪拌機和焗爐就可以做好,更不用任何烤焗技巧。芝士包像極日式麵包店的芝士麻薯波波,家中三位食家包括R姐姐都讚好。昨夜做了一大盤粉漿,入院這幾天三人應該不愁沒有早餐了。

少許心得:

  • 我們用的是parmesan cheese,效果很好
  • 木薯粉在一般超級市場沒有,我在烘焙用品店買,500克只賣$6一包,我想港式雜貨店也可能會有?
  • 第二次弄時,我減少了油的份量,效果也沒大分別
  • 我只在每個muffin cup放了1/3滿的粉漿,如果放多點,賣相應會更好

this brazilian cheese bread is sooooooooooooooo simple and nice and i had to share it here though i'm no cooking expert and this blog is not about cooking at all.

it's totally a piece of cake. just put in everything into the blender and bake with a muffin tin. i've made bread for a few times and always got criticisms from the food critics at our home, but this one is a huge hit among everyone, including our helper ms R. anyone likes cheese and a chewy texture will love it!
