my friends who know me know that i'm definitely not a bean person. i don't like them at all and i even pick them out from my food and discard them. but after i started breastfeeding, i've been making myself eat black beans, cause people say they can increase milk supply. well recently i actually became to like them, particularly the salted and baked black beans. they turn out to be actually quite tasty.
and look at rafa, he loves them too! maybe that's because he already got a taste of them in mama's milk :P
